Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your ESCENCE order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Before Processing

If your order has not yet entered processing or dispatch, we may be able to cancel it.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the applicable return or refusal-of-delivery process may apply.

Refunds

For successfully cancelled prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed according to the applicable payment and refund procedures.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation requests should be made before the order is dispatched whenever possible.

ESCENCE reserves the right to restrict or refuse repeated cancellations, fraudulent orders, or orders that appear to misuse the cancellation process.
